The Krewe of Amani was founded in 1998. The Krewe of Hannibal will
celebrate its 22nd anniversary this year.
On Monday, at 2 p.m. the krewe will assemble its parade participants at
the park on Red Cypress Road and travel to Martin Luther King Avenue and
follow it to Main Street where it will continue until it reaches its
disbanding point at the Place Norman Shopping Center.
Anyone wishing to participate must enter by Friday. Entry fees are $10,
small cars; $15, small trucks; $25, small flat bed trucks, trailers or
limousines; and, $50, professional floats. Call 395-9380 for details.
